Terms of Service

I, the artist, hereby promise that you will be kept updated throughout the process of creation of your commission, and you will be kept in the loop throughout the process, to ensure that you receive the ideal product within my capabilities.In the case of stream overlays and backgrounds, the purchasing party receives the rights and full ownership of the image. HOWEVER, the purchasing party may NOT, under ANY circumstances, remove the crediting portion of the background from any image, nor may it be directly monetized, with the exception of use on stream.In the case of custom 3D assets, the purchasing party must purchase additional commercial use rights to make use of the aforementioned 3D assets in a commercial context. This is unnecessary if you are not selling the product for which you intend to use this model.Revision Policy
While the client may request revisions at any time, after a certain point they will incur additional costs.
Simple revisions, such as rotating an object or changing its colours, will not incur a cost. Complex revisions such as a replacement of a model in the scene, however, may only be requested up to 5 times without incurring an additional cost. After 5, each revision will be $5.Payment Policy
Payment is to be 50% up-front and completed prior to my beginning of any work on your requested piece. The remaining 50% is to be paid before your piece is sent to you, though this value paid may increase based on revisions. Any instances where payment fails to go through, work will halt if it's still in progress, or a complete rescinding of rights to use the image if it has been completed and delivered.In addition, in the case of stream overlays, payment is to be 100% up front.Cancellation:
In the case of cancellation of the order by the ordering party, all rights to the purchased material will be immediately revoked, and the client will receive a partial refund.Should I, the artist, cancel the order, a full refund of any funds payed will be provided. However, please keep in mind that this refund may take a significant amount of time, due to a lack of funds on the part of the artist.
These are the only cases under which a refund will be offered, or provided.Any use of any art created by IRIS-AHI is prohibited from any use related to any blockchain or blockchain-related technology. This applies to everything created by IRIS-AHI.

-Preferred colour palette for the commission in question.
If possible, a drawn reference idea to better convey the idea of the intended end result you want would be awesome! However, if that's not possible, we'll make it work.

3D Background
$150 to $175

A background can be concievably anything you ask for, but please keep in mind that I have a limited level of skill. The price will vary based on complexity of the scene in question. A background with the level of complexity of the image above this text will be far less expensive than the background below.

Stream Overlay
$25

All overlays will be rendered in Blender in maximum quality attainable. Please keep in mind that additional complexity could incur additional costs, but let me know what you'd like and I'll do my utmost to achieve what you've asked for!

Custom 3D Assets
Prices Negotiable

Custom 3D assets, delivered lovingly in whatever exportable formats that Blender is natively capable of. (OBJ, FBX, etc.)Prices are negotiable due to the highly variable nature of this specific type of commission.Commercial use rights, negotiable as well. These assets are forbidden from being used for commercial use without purchase of the rights to do so.

Updates in Perpetuity+$20

Updates in Perpetuity refers to a very simple service I offer, which allows for a client to request revisions to the original model after completion, up to a certain amount per month, indefinitely. This benefit is available outside of a commission, provided that you are a previous client.Please keep in mind that adding the Updates in Perpetuity upgrade to your purchase will result in a 75% discount on the price of this addon.

Please be aware that prices are subject to change, and additional charges may be incurred due to added complexity or an extreme number of revisions.
